OLOC Board of Directors

Mr Jeremy Pigott, Bachelor of Applied Science (Chemistry).

Jeremy currently serves as Chair of the Board. In addition to his role as Chair, he brings extensive expertise as a Manager in Regulatory and Quality Systems, with a strong focus on government liaison and compliance matters. Jeremy has been a member of the Board since October 2012, contributing over a decade of leadership, governance, and strategic oversight to the organisation. His background in science, combined with his experience in regulatory frameworks, supports alignment with industry standards and legislative requirements.

Dr Rodger Austin, JCD, STL.

Rodger is a Canon Lawyer with a career spanning five decades. Rodger has been a longstanding member of the Board, having commenced his tenure in June 1998, and was Board Chair between 2001 and 2023.  Rodger brings deep institutional knowledge, leadership experience, and a strong commitment to ethical and effective organisational governance and management.

Sr Janice Long, FMM.

Sr Janice is a dedicated Member of the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary, bringing a long-standing commitment to service and leadership. Sr Janice has served on the Board since June 1998, contributing extensive experience, continuity, and a deep understanding of the organisation’s mission and values throughout her tenure.  Sr Janice also served a term as the inaugural Chair of the company following incorporation in 1998 until 2001.

Sr Linda Price, FMM.

Sr Linda is a dedicated member of the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary and has provided long-standing service as both a Board member & a member of the Finance & Audit Committee since commencing on the Board in June 1998. Sr Linda has contributed extensive experience, strong governance oversight, and a deep commitment to the organisation’s mission and values. Her longstanding involvement reflects a sustained dedication to financial stewardship, accountability, and the effective oversight of the organisation’s strategic and operational integrity over many years.

Ms Anne Skordis, B.A., B.SW, GAICD

Anne has been a dedicated member of the Board since June 1998, bringing extensive experience and leadership in social policy, aged care and disability and has worked across government as well as the community services sector. Anne brings expertise as an Executive Director of Disability Services, and her longstanding tenure reflects a deep commitment to governance, strategic oversight, and the ongoing development of high-quality services.

Mr Wayne Wright, B Bus, CA

Wayne is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant who has been a dedicated member of the Board since his appointment in June 1998, bringing with him extensive expertise in financial governance, strategic oversight, and risk management. Wayne served as Chairman of the Finance & Audit Committee between 1998 and 2026, and has contributed significantly to strengthening the organisation’s financial integrity and accountability during his long tenure.

Ms Sandra Lever, Registered Nurse (RN)

Sandra is a Clinical Nurse Consultant specialising in Rehabilitation at Graythwaite Rehabilitation Centre. Sandra is an Executive Member of the NSW Health Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) Rehabilitation Network; and a clinical Lecturer for the University of Sydney. Sandra is also completing a Graduate Certificate of Healthcare Redesign (UTAS). Sandra has been a valued member of the Board since 2017, bringing extensive clinical expertise and leadership experience in rehabilitation and clinical nursing.

Mr Grant Corderoy, B Bus, CA.

Grant is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in financial management, governance, and strategic oversight. Grant commenced on the Board in 2017. He brings a strong commercial acumen and a disciplined approach to financial stewardship, supporting robust decision-making and long-term organisational sustainability. Grant assumed the role of Chair of the Finance & Audit Committee in 2026. Grant has been instrumental in Aged Care Financial policy at the National level for over a decade, with the government relying extensively on his advice.

Ms Leigh Kildey, MBA, Diploma of Management, Masters of Bioethics, Bachelor of Health Science.

Leigh currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Ashfield Baptist Home, and joined the Board in August 2024. Leigh brings a strong blend of strategic & operational leadership and ethical governance to the organisation, in addition to extensive aged care experience.

Mr David Maher, Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Business Administration (MBA), GAICD.

David commenced his role as Chief Executive Officer of OLOC in April 2024, and has extensive executive experience within the health and aged care sectors, including internationally. David brings a strong foundation in strategic & operational leadership, management & governance. David has previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Catholic Healthcare, where he was responsible for leading aged care services across a large and complex organisation. In addition, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Hospitals Division at Catholic Healthcare, driving service delivery, quality improvement, and organisational performance.  His career reflects a consistent focus on leadership, governance, and the delivery of high-quality care services, supported by his strong commercial and operational expertise.

Ms Isha Kang, Master of Health Science (Health Services Management), Bachelor of Nursing, Bachelor of Dental Surgery

Isha commenced with OLOC in September 2024 as Head of Operations.  Isha brings a strong and diverse clinical and leadership foundation, including extensive experience in quality management and clinical governance within the aged care sector. Prior to joining OLOC, Isha has held senior leadership roles in several aged care organisations, including Southern Cross Care, Estia Heath, Scalabrini Aged Care and Catholic Healthcare, where she was responsible for overseeing operations, continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality care services.

Ms Jing Li, Master of Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Fellow Certified Practising Accountant (FCPA).

Jing commenced with OLOC in 2007, and now serves as the Finance Manager. Jing has extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and organisational governance. Jing brings a strong depth of expertise in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting sustainable business growth within the organisation.

Mr Peter Squire, BA (Hons), Master of Arts (MA).

Peter commenced with OLOC in 2006, & now serves as the Human Resources & Quality Manager, as well as the Company Secretary of OLOC. Peter brings extensive expertise & experience in aged care governance, regulatory compliance and clinical quality systems. Peter is responsible for OLOC’s human resources functions, quality systems, and corporate governance requirements.
