From our residential facility in Rooty Hill, to our expansive Home Care network, we are committed to upholding dignity, respect, choice and quality care at every opportunity.

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Community Care Workers to join our dedicated Community Care Team. This role supports elderly clients living independently in their homes, with services delivered across multiple LGAs in Western Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide domestic assistance, personal support, and social engagement aligned to individual care plans
  • Assist with outings, appointments, grocery shopping, and medications
  • Promote independence, dignity, and choice in every interaction
  • Ensure safe transport practices and vehicle entry/exit
  • Attend monthly team meetings and contribute to continuous service improvement
  • Work independently while maintaining clear communication with the Care Team

Essential Criteria:

  • Able to support clients between 7am and 5pm
  • Current NSW Class C Driver’s Licence
  • Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • National Criminal History Record Check
  • Proof of at least one COVID-19 vaccination
  • Genuine interest in supporting elderly clients in their own homes
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse client needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and professional integrity

Hours & Flexibility:

  • Begin with approximately 10-15 hours per week
  • Rostered hours will gradually increase to approximately 20–25 hours per week
  • Additional hours may be available for leave coverage
  • Weekly rosters provided (Monday to Friday, and weekends if available)
