With a proud legacy dating back to 1946, we support over 280 residents in our residential facility and more than 2,000 community clients across Western Sydney, from Epping to the edge of the Blue Mountains.  Working with Purpose

The purpose of the Senior Quality Lead is to ensure full compliance with quality standards and all regulatory requirements.  You will assist to maintain a level of excellence in service delivery across OLOC and apply continuous improvement across our clinical governance framework.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA to be successful in this position:

• AHPRA registration (RN) Mandatory, with at least 3 years experience in a similar role within Aged Care
• Demonstrated Quality, Compliance & Clinical Governance understanding with sound knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards audit process and Aged Care Provider Registration processes
• Excellent understanding of quality assurance & auditing processes
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including the use of all Microsoft Office applications, including client record and data management systems.
• Strong understanding of quality and risk management principles, frameworks and methodologies, including auditing and continuous improvement.
• Able to analyse information and interpret statistical data to identify trends and resolve issues.
• In addition, continuous improvement and gap/risk analysis experience would be highly advantageous
