Occupational Therapist

We have an opportunity for a qualified Occupational Therapist to cover a period of maternity leave. Someone who has an interest in restorative allied health programs and improving the lives of their clients.

In this role you will conduct comprehensive in-home assessments, making treatment recommendations and facilitating home modifications to improve conditions around the home.

We are a not-for-profit organisation providing allied health services as part of a broader range of services to over 2000 elderly people and people with a disability living at home in Western Sydney. We also operate a residential aged care campus for 300 elderly people at Rooty Hill.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary allied health team operating under the banner OLOC Get Yourself Moving programs. These innovative programs make therapeutic, restorative exercise programs available to older people on our residential campus and in a range of community settings across western Sydney.

In regard to home modifications, you will also act as a liaison between clients and our builders to achieve the best results for our clients.
