Our Lady of Consolation offers Home Care Packages to people living in an area ranging from Epping to Dural to the Western edge of the Blue Mountains who have been assessed by an Aged Care Assessment Team as requiring this level of care.
The Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) which is a government funded initiative to support seniors living at home who are needing entry level support for everyday tasks.
The program provides assistance in maintenance, care, support and respite with the aim to enhance the independence, security and quality of life for those who are at risk of being admitted prematurely into a residential facility.
