Our Lady of Consolation Home Care Packages give you the choice to receive care when and how you would like it. Our Care and Services Coordinators will listen to you and discuss your needs. You will be able to design a package of care and services that are tailored to your individual requirements and flexible enough to change when you need them to change.

From help with the simple tasks in life to the more complex of care needs, you will have support to help through the toughest of days. Getting the basics sorted will give you the time to stay connected to your friends and family and spend time doing the things you enjoy.


Consumer Directed Care

Our packages are focused on the Consumer and their Carers, addressing their needs, their preferences, their interests, their family life and how we can maintain their health and lifestyle in a way that makes them happy. Every package we offer is tailored to the individual.

Weekend Coordination

In addition to our Home Care Package Coordinators, we also have an on-call weekend coordinator. This coordinator’s responsibilities include supporting care staff on duty ensuring continuity across all of our Home Care Packages 7 days a week.

We believe this added support is vital to providing the best possible Consumer care.

Focus on Healthy Exercise

Our Consumer’s physical wellbeing is very important to us. We work closely with the Consumer, their families, GP’s and other health professionals to ensure they are receiving the best possible care.


Maintaining our Consumer’s independence, functional ability and strength is a major focus. Many of our services feature a tailored exercise program that has been specifically designed for the individual to meet their needs to allow them to have the most active lifestyle possible. To achieve this we use Exercise Physiologists, working closely with our Registered Nurses.
