Physiotherapist

Position Overview

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapist to join a team that already includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, exercise physiologists and sport scientists.

Key Responsibilities

Working in a state-of-the-art facility, incorporating a gymnasium and treatment rooms, and you will be part of a team delivering:

  • Assessing new and existing residents within our residential facility
  • Entry level individual and group exercise programs for residents
  • Targeted individual and group exercise programs for residents with particular chronic health conditions
  • Individualised restorative programs to help particular residents restore their functional abilities
  • An innovative restorative respite program that allows people living at home to have a short stay program and then return home with their function improved
  • Pain management for our residents

Essential Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated post degree experience
  • Strong focus on evidence-based practices
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • An appreciation for opportunities and challenges within an innovative program
  • Enjoy being part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Experience in Aged Care is highly desirable
